Criminal Case

A criminal case where the suspect jumped through a Dunkin Donuts drive thru window then robbed and stabbed two female clerks. I examined the video and created stills of the suspect going through the window. I contacted the police department to confirm that they took the sneakers from the arrested suspect. I requested the police to take photographs of the side and soles of the sneakers. Once I examined the video evidence and the photographs of the sneakers, I conducted a video comparison with the known comparison, (sneakers).

Criminal Case

Bloody crime scene where suspects went into an apartment to get even with individuals they had an argument with. After shooting in the apartment, the suspects then got into their car and drove from Fall River to Milton, Massachusetts, along Route 128. While being chased by police, the suspects threw the handgun out of the window. The gun was later recovered by the police, and the suspects were apprehended.



Criminal Case

A Terry Stop, (a suspect acting suspicious in a high crime area), by a police officer. The officer saw an individual leaning against a vehicle talking with the people inside. When the individual saw the police officer, the individual started putting something into his pockets and began to run.

Video simulation: Three males drinking beer in a yard adjacent to a park decided to get a .22 long rifle with a scope and have target practice by shooting beer cans. One suspect said, "I want to kill someone in the park." The suspect grabbed the rifle, aimed it, and shot one round, striking the grandmother in the heart and killing her.



Civil Case

This case was a personal injury case. The attorney wanted to demonstrate to the jury the road and traffic light patterns. With this powerful visual presentation, told the entire story.



Civil Case

A homeowner hired a Pella contractor to install their custom Pella windows. Attorney David Sullivan of Fall River wanted to visually exhibit the poor workmanship by this contractor. Each flange on a Pella window must be nailed in and tape applied over the nails. This contractor installed some windows with just two nails and no tape.



Civil Case

A land dispute with regard to a "right of way". Attorney David Sullivan of Fall River, MA wanted to depict an aerial view to show the access to the property.
